Description:
We are seeking a Senior Civil Project Engineer to support large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects across Texas. This role will focus on roadway reconstruction, bridge rehabilitation, drainage improvements, and municipal infrastructure upgrades.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in DOT-regulated projects and demonstrate leadership in construction oversight, technical review, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction activities for TxDOT infrastructure projects
• Review design drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Manage contractor coordination and on-site supervision
• Monitor project budgets and schedules
• Conduct quality assurance inspections
• Prepare progress reports and change order documentation
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• PE License (preferred)
• Experience working on state DOT projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and MS Project
• Strong communication and leadership skills
